1. Continuous fryer machine
: This frying machine here is used for frying chickpeas, also suitable for other fried dried fruit nuts, puffed food, meat product, peanut, beans, etc.Stainless steel material ensures good quality of machine, an ideal equipment to produce fried food.
Lifting machine: Function of this machine is to convey chickpeas into another step, like flavoring machine.
Flavoring machine: This machine is suitable for flavoring all kinds of snacks, such as chickpeas, peanuts, broad beans, green peas, chicken nuggets, etc.. Two type for selection, made of stainless steel.
Cooling machine: This machine is used to reduce the temperature of fried food, and also dry the excess oil.
Features of fried peas processing line:
★The automatic control of oil temperature which can be set from 0-300℃ during the whole operation applies to frying the foods with various process requirements.
★The temperature measuring equipment is installed in the water at bottom and the temperature of water is clear at a glance. Besides, the water temperature is also adjustable. When the measured water temperature is higher than the setting temperature, the cooling measures may be adopted which will prevent the occurrence of water boiling. (The equipment of special type is also equipped with automatic cooling function.)
★The oil-water separation surface is provided with the glass tube for observation and detector of oil drain valve.
