A biscuit production line is an integrated system designed to produce different types of biscuits efficiently. It typically includes dough mixing, rolling, shaping, baking, cooling, and packaging processes.
The hard biscuit production line is a fully automated processing system designed for the production of hard biscuits with high gluten flour ratio. The whole line covers the complete process from kneading, rolling, forming, baking, cooling to packaging, and can efficiently and stably produce tough biscuits with crispy taste, clear texture and diverse shapes.
Hard biscuits are characterized by crispy taste, chew-resistant and long shelf life, and cover casual snacks, breakfast meal replacement and other scenarios. Our company launched a fully automatic hard biscuit production line, which can adapt to cream flavor, chocolate flavor, vegetable flavor and other flavors, and supports customized needs such as round, square, and animal shape.
The production capacity of a single production line is flexible to configure from 200kg/h to 2000kg/h, meeting the starting needs of small and medium-sized factories and large-scale production of large enterprises.
