Raw material reception and pretreatment: Remove impurities, bad fruits, etc. to ensure the quality of raw pomegranate, and then sent to the processing area through manual or automatic conveying systems.

Cleaning and scrubbing: use high-pressure water flow and brush cleaning machine to remove impurities such as soil and pesticide residues on the surface of pomegranates.
Equipment: bubble cleaning machine, brush cleaning machine.
Crushing and juicing: pomegranates are peeled and crushed, and then the juice is extracted through juicing equipment.
Equipment: crusher, spiral juicer.
Coarse filtration and fine filtration: the initial juice contains pomace and impurities, which need to be removed by the filtration system.
Equipment: coarse filter, precision filter.
Preparation and degassing: add sugar, water or other ingredients as needed for preparation; at the same time, remove dissolved oxygen to prevent oxidation.
Equipment: batching tank, vacuum degasser.
Homogenization and sterilization: the particles are refined by homogenizer to make the taste better; then instant high-temperature sterilization is performed.
Equipment: homogenizer, tubular sterilizer (UHT sterilization).
Aseptic filling and sealing: the sterilized juice is filled into bottles, bags or boxes under aseptic conditions.
Equipment: aseptic filling machine, automatic sealing machine.
Coding, packaging and warehousing: finally, coding (production date, batch), boxing and packaging, and transportation to the warehouse.
Equipment: inkjet printer, box packer, conveying system.
