On November 1, 2025, the fully automated production line for fried instant noodles, jointly built by GELGOOOG and its Malaysian client, officially completed installation, commissioning, trial operation, and material testing, and successfully passed client acceptance.

The successful commissioning of this project marks a new stage in the cooperation between the two parties in the field of intelligent food manufacturing.

At the project acceptance site, the client's group leader highly praised the professional capabilities and execution efficiency of the GELGOOOG team. He stated that the GELGOOOG technical team completed the installation, commissioning, and operation training of the entire production line in just one and a half months with high quality.

The production line operates efficiently and stably, producing products of excellent quality. After the project goes into operation, the client company will become the first in the region to achieve fully automated production of fried instant noodles, capable of flexibly producing various flavors of cup noodles (such as chicken and curry), and plans to launch a vegetarian product series. The client fully recognizes the project's achievements and looks forward to further in-depth cooperation with GELGOOOG in more food processing fields in the future.

End-to-End Intelligent Equipment Solution
Gelgoog provided this project with an integrated fried instant noodle production line solution, covering all process stages including flour mixing, dough maturation, rolling, steaming, cutting and sorting, frying, flavoring spraying, drying, air cooling, and packaging.
The entire line utilizes steam heating, innovatively achieving a two-in-one co-production of ordinary fried noodles and crispy noodles. It can produce square or round corrugated noodles, with a capacity ranging from 30,000 to 100,000 pieces/8 hours, significantly saving space and equipment investment costs.

The produced fried noodles have a short rehydration time, a chewy texture, and a neat and attractive shape; the crispy noodles are crispy and delicious, with adjustable oil content, and can be flexibly adapted to various packaging formats such as bags and buckets to meet diverse market demands.
