GELGOOG has successfully completed the installation of a 6-ton-per-day cocoa processing plant in Cameroon for a local agricultural cooperative. The project has now been successfully commissioned, and the customer is highly satisfied with the overall processing solution, equipment performance, and on-site technical support.
This project marks another successful application of GELGOOG's cocoa processing equipment in Africa, helping local cocoa producers improve processing capacity and increase the value of cocoa products.
The customer is an agricultural cooperative in Cameroon dedicated to promoting local cocoa processing and increasing income for cocoa farmers.
To support the development of the local cocoa industry, the cooperative launched a bidding project to build a modern cocoa processing facility. After evaluating several equipment suppliers, GELGOOG was selected thanks to its professional engineering capabilities, complete processing solution, and proven experience in cocoa processing projects.
The customer required a complete cocoa processing line with the following specifications:
Processing capacity of at least 6 tons of cocoa beans per day
Continuous and stable production
Easy operation and maintenance
Complete processing solution from cocoa beans to cocoa powder
Based on the customer's production requirements and factory layout, GELGOOG designed a complete cocoa processing solution covering the entire production process.
The entire production line was customized to match the customer's capacity requirements while allowing flexibility for future production expansion.
After the equipment arrived in Cameroon, GELGOOG's engineers completed the installation, commissioning, and operator training according to schedule.
Following trial production, the cocoa processing line operated smoothly and achieved the expected production capacity. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the overall project, particularly the equipment quality, process design, and professional technical support provided by GELGOOG.
To celebrate the successful completion of the project, both teams took a group photo at the customer's factory, marking another successful cooperation between GELGOOG and a cocoa processing enterprise in Africa.
